Newsletter March 2025

Dear Clients and Friends,

It has been a while since I last wrote. In our fast-paced world, the written word can sometimes feel distant, but my thoughts have been with you nonetheless.

Over the past two years, I’ve dedicated time to studying and practicing BioSonics (or Bioresonance) therapy, as well as completing my Naturopathy diploma to enhance any of my therapies with nutritional and supplement guidance.

Life has also brought significant changes, including frequent travels that abruptly stopped in October when I had a serious 20ft fall from a climbing wall. I count myself incredibly lucky to have been able walk away with no more than a broken elbow and otherwise minor injuries. Life-changing moments like this awaken the deeper questions that so easily fade amid life's daily rush—the Hows and Whys, the hidden lessons woven into our journey. More love to give, more experiences to embrace, more stories to share.

After a good three-month-time of recovery, I began working again this February with a renewed focus on balance and sustainability.

Reflecting on my work with Vitatec biomodulation (BioSonics) therapy, I’ve learned that less is often more. Instead of overwhelming the body with too many treatments I now focus on how little is enough for true healing - with encouraging results.
My foundation as therapist still remains in massage and reflexology, and I’ve begun to combine these with BioSonics Therapies for a more holistic and integrated approach.

I look forward to supporting your healing journey, inside and out.

Sending love and blessings your way—take care of yourself and our beautiful world.

Warmly,

Jan Erik
